Bonar Development Group (BDG) is actively involved in environmentally responsible development projects. We strive to be a leader in LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) construction and utilization of sustainable Green Building Materials for our projects. BDG predecessor companies, Boncore Development, Inc. and Star Investment, Inc., were formed in the years 2000 and 2002, respectively. Both companies were consolidated into BDG in 2005. Also incorporated into the BDG management team is Planning Land Use Solutions (PLUS), a land planning, asset management and development entitlement firm. Together the principals of BDG have been involved in securing entitlements, the master planning, financial requirements, and managing the public & community relations for the development of over 60,000 acres of land. This includes more than 6,000 homes & condominiums plus hundreds of acres of commercial, industrial, office and public facility developments.
